BSG Half Marathon 2026 brought together more than 6,000 people from across the country in a shared celebration of health, joy, and friendship. From first-time runners to seasoned participants, every step reflected the community spirit, joy, and friendships that the marathon created.
Just two years after recovering from a major health challenge wherein I could not walk even for 5 mins, I completed a virtual run in Mumbai with passion and vibrant spirit, successfully completing 3 km.

At the age of 56, I had the privilege of participating in the 5K category, and it was a truly enriching experience. The arrangements were exceptionally well organized, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant and motivating.
A special appreciation goes to the cheering teams their enthusiasm and dedication, especially in gathering early to encourage runners, was truly remarkable. Having participated in several marathons before, I found the scale and spirit of participation here beyond expectation.
I look forward to being part of this event again next year. Kudos to BSG for such a commendable initiative.

I am a motivator runner and participated in the BSG Half Marathon 10.5 km category along with other members of my group. I have been a motivator runner for a lot of events and can say that BHM was very well organised by BSG.
The overall route management and other things like hydration, refreshments and medal distribution done by Coach Ravinder were excellent. Not to forget the countless BSG volunteers cheering all the runners without exception along the route.

From being someone who hardly moved during the day and was fearful of intense exercise, I began training for the marathon months in advance.
I knew that if I signed up, it had to be 21 km – something completely out of my comfort zone. There were moments when I was on the verge of giving up, but the cheering by BSG members along the route kept me going.
I am so glad to say that I finished the 21 km feeling happy and reminded myself that I am capable of much more than I think.

Until recently, my running experience was limited to the gym — a maximum of 6 km in 40 minutes. Inspired by the spirit of so many BSG members training joyfully in unity, I decided to challenge my own limits.
For nearly two months, I committed to early morning jogs, disciplined workouts and steady running practice.
On marathon day, the atmosphere was truly electrifying. I pushed myself beyond what I thought was physically possible and completed 10.5 km in 59 minutes and 55 seconds — something unimaginable for me before this.

Running 5 km at the BSG Marathon was not just about distance – it was a personal victory over my limitations.
What made this marathon truly different for me was the spirit behind it. Unlike other marathons that focus only on physical performance, this felt like a movement rooted in inner transformation, collective encouragement, and human connection.
I chose to participate in the BSG Marathon because it was not just about running, it was about running with purpose. The energy, warmth, and unity among participants made every step feel supported and meaningful.

I participated in The BSG Half Marathon with my father. It was organized extremely well and felt smooth and professional throughout.
Cleanliness was properly maintained, especially around the water and hydration points with well-placed bins. The crowd support from BSG members was truly motivating, with people cheering every few hundred meters along the route.
It honestly did not feel like a first-time event and could easily match the standards of many national-level marathons. The level of participation was also impressive and much higher than expected for an inaugural run.

Our whole family of 5 ran BSG half marathon on 22 nd March – it was indeed a great experience, very well organised. Everything was well taken care of including sufficient water bottles, toilets at every corner.
They also provided us with a snack box once the marathon ended so we don’t feel energy deprived. There were almost 5000 people who were handled so smoothly. All in all, a very good experience.
Thank You for Being Part of the BSG Half Marathon 2026
Your participation made it a run for joy, health, and friendship.
